- Non Faulty Goods - A refund will be given for the item purchase price if contact is made within 14 days, with the buyer paying return postage item must be returned with all tags and packaging. We will NOT refund the price of return postage or sent postage for non faulty items. - Faulty Products - We will offer either a Full Refund for faulty products (including return postage), or a replacement product. Payment will be made once the item has been returned to us and checked to confirm fault.
