UNFORTUNATLEY I RECENTLY RECEIVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM 2 BUYERS - 1 WHO SAYS HE NEVER RECEIVED HIS ITEM AND I NEVER CONTACTED THEM. THIS IS TOTALLY UNTRUE AS I HAVE A COPY OF THE PROOF OF POSTAGE I EMAILED TO HIM AS PROOF FOR HIM AND I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT THE ROYAL MAIL DON'T CLASS ITEMS AS LOST UNTIL AFTER 15 WORKING DAYS!
THE OTHER AGAIN WHO SAID I NEVER CONTACTED THEM WHEN THEY REPORTED A PROBLEM. ONCE AGAIN I HAVE THE COPY ON EBAY OF THE REPLIES I SENT THEM.
IN BOTH INSTANCES EBAY HAVE CORROBORATED MY SIDE OF THIS AND HAVE DECLARED BOTH COMMENTS DEFAMATORY AND HAVE REMOVED THEM!
