• Feedback is very important as this is how sellers gain a buyers confidence and one of the reasons you choose to buy from the seller. Flutterbuys123 is very proud of the feedback achieved and thank all customers who have left feedback.

• All items that are dispatched to customers have a card included which asks the buyer to leave positive feedback if you are happy with your item. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me.  I aim to resolve any concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is also greatly appreciated when a buyer contacts me with their concerns. I believe neutral or negative feedback should only be left when the seller has failed or refused to resolve the matter.

• All items are carefully packaged (dvds and cds are bubble wrapped or sent in a jiffy envelope, books are bubble wrapped or packaged with cardboard etc, magazines are usually wrapped in plastic to prevent water damage and sent in a A4 envelope). Unfortunately I  have no control of the postage system and a small minority of items could be damaged in the post. Please understand that this is out of my control, however I appreciate the buyer informing me of such incidents and giving me the opportunity to resolve the matter. For example if a dvd case has been damaged in the post a replacement case can be sent out.

• On rare occasions items go missing in the post. Again, please understand that this is out my control and I am only made aware of this problem when the buyer contacts me.  I acquire proof of postage for my parcels and all parcels have my return address.  I appreciate when items go missing that the buyer understands the time guidelines royal mail stipulate on their website.  In these incidents I aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Please do not use the feedback system as a blackmailing tool.  Any ebayer who tries to blackmail or harrass will be reported to ebay.
