POSTAGE AND PACKING
All our items are posted 1st class Royal Mail or via courier.
Our postage and packing charges include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging , manpower costs.
POSTAGE DISCOUNTS
If you are ordering multiples of different fabrics please wait until we invoice you before payment as we can generally discount from the listed P and P charges.
LOST IN POST - NON DELIVERED PACKAGES
Subject to availability we will resend any lost parcels, usually after 14 working days ( the post office do not consider items lost before this date ) .
We ask that you contact your local sorting office first to check that it is not left there, telephone numbers for sorting offices can be obtained by phoning Royal Mail help line 08457 740 740 - 99% of missing or lost parcels are left in sorting offices. We always have a proof of posting. Please be available to accept delivery as packages returned to us will incur a second postal charge to resend. OFTEN THE POSTMEN DO NOT LEAVE CARDS! It is most important that you contact your local sorting office.
RETURNS
We do accept returns. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Do not open and unfold the fabric as this makes the item unsaleable . We do not refund postal charges.
POSTING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
If you want your item posted to a different address, please change the address in your eBay summary. We only send to confirmed addresses. Do not send messages through paypal, these do not reach us.
