TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Payment Methods & Information

We accept a variety of different payment methods including;- Paypal, Postal Orders, Credit Card via telephone, Cheques.

Credit / Debit Cards

Some products will attract a 3% surcharge, you will be advised if the situation arises. Credit card payments only available for purchases over £5. Please call 01922 406664 and ask to speak to either Adam or John to pay using your Visa / Debit card

Cheque’s

If paying for your purchases via cheque please allow 3-4 working days for cheques to clear. Once payment has cleared your purchase will be dispatched on the next working day. Please make all cheques payable to Fastcar and send them to 110 – 114 High Street, Bloxwich, Walsall, West Midlands WS3 2DG

Postage & Dispatch Details

We dispatch 99% on the next working day after payment has cleared. Delivery times may vary depending on the size and weight of your purchase. The majority of items are either sent 1st Class which Royal Mail aim to deliver between 1-2 working days or Royal Mail Standard Parcels which the Royal Mail aim to deliver between 3-5 working days. Items are shipped to the address provided in eBay unless a special arrangement has been agreed prior to purchase. Please be aware we do not dispatch purchases on Saturday or Sunday.

In our experience 90% of the time buyer’s do not receive the purchase because when the post office attempted to deliver the parcel nobody was in. The post office normally leave’s a "we have called" card, however there have been occasions when the card has been lost etc. In these cases please contact your local sorting office and enquire whether they have tried to make a delivery.

All postage prices quoted on our ebay listing apply to: 

 England, Wales, and the Scottish Lowlands

Collections

We allow customers to collect their purchases from our retail store in the West Midlands. However there will be a 10% service charge added to the total value of the item. 

Exchange & Refund Policy

We are happy to refund or offer our customers an exchange purchase for a number of reasons.

  1. If the item is damaged

  2. If the item is faulty

Providing the item is returned within four weeks of purchase, the product should be in an otherwise "as new" condition complete with original packaging. All refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of faulty / damaged products.

Buyer is responsible for cost of return postage.

Feedback

We are an experienced seller on eBay and value your feedback comments and once feedback has been received, feedback is left for our customers. Please do not leave negative feedback until you have given us an opportunity to remedy the situation. We endeavour to solve our customer queries promptly and professionally. However abusive and threatening language will not be tolerated, eBay will be notified and our feedback will reflect the comments received.
