POSTAGE: Your order will be sent within 48 hours. We will e-mail you the tracking number. If you haven't received it within 3 Days, YOU MUST Trace it on www.royalmail.co.uk or check with your sorting office.  If not collected at your sorting office it will be returned to us and you will be required to REPAY THE FULL POSTAGE. 1st Class Recorded insures up to £28.00.Courier Service Delivery insures up to £250.00 - all International parcels are fully insured to the value of the order.

LOST PARCELS: If the tracking number is not registering on www.royalmail.co.uk after 7 days of dispatch,  we will replace the item if available or refund you. If the tracking number shows, we will make a loss claim after 30 days. In some cases a full refund will be possible only then.

FAULTY ITEMS: We will replace, exchange or refund any damaged or faulty items returned to us WITHIN 7 Days of Receipt and in their original condition. If you return an item without our approval - you forfeit your refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: YOU MUST return items within 7 DAYS of RECEIPT. We will refund the cost of the item (Excludes Postage). A Penalty of £5.00 per item will be applied if the item is returned damaged, with cigarette/perfume or other odour.
