 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 | A: We will post the item the business day following the day payment is received. The rest depends on the postal system. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
 | A: For all the glasses the cost is $9.50 registered post. All other items are costed individually - please check each listing for these costs. All items are registered and this automatically includes insurance of up to $100. This applies for Australia only. If additional insurance is required this can be specified by the buyer at the time of purchase. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 | A: Yes. We do ship anywhere in the world. Costs for postage are $13.50, this includes Canada and the US. |

 | A: Yes of course. You may want to have a look at our guide to buying frames online or go to the link provided at the bottom of each item's listing. If you need any further help please just ask and we will be happy to help. |
 | Q: What if I buy the glasses and don't like them or they don't suit me? |
 | A: You can always try on a similar pair on at your opticians first to get an idea of the type of glasses you are looking for. But we do have a very open return policy as well - a full money back guarantee (less postage) if you are not completely satisfied. |
 | Q: What if I think the listing (advert) was misleading? |
 | A: If the item received isn't exactly as described we will refund all costs to the buyer upon return of the goods. This includes all costs for postage and return postage. |
 | Q: Can you give me an idea of the cost of the lenses please? |
 | A: Please have a look at our "About Me" page. This page probably has the information you need. If not please email us at shonafenn@hotmail.com and we will try to help you. |
 | Q: Why can't you do bifocals or progressive lenses? |
 | A: We would like to do these lenses but they should actually be fitted on you using the new frames so that the lenses can be positioned accurately into the frames to suit you as an individual. Even the bridge of glasses can affect whether the frames sit higher or lower on your nose and therefore your face. |
 | Q: What is the pupillary distance and why is it so important? |
 | A: This is the distance measured between the pupil of one eye and the pupilof the second eye. It is necessary so we can position the lenses into the frames to suit your individual physical characteristics. |
 | Q: Can you do lenses for children? |
 | A: Yes we can. The same information is needed for children as for adults. |
 | Q: Why can't I use an old prescription? |
 | A: Your prescription needs to be less than 2 years old. This is standard with every optician. This is because your eyesight can change in this time period - not to say it will but it may.You may not notice it yourself but when you get your new lenses back you may notice a significant difference. |
 | Q: Do I have to pay for an eye test? |
 | A: If you have a Medicare Card and haven't had an eye exam within two years then you will not be charged for the assessment. |
 | Q: My optician is being awkward about giving me my script. |
 | A: The government through Medicare pays opticians, on your behalf, to do your eye examinations. Therefore the script is NOT their property but YOURS. You have every right to request your script and they have no right to refuse. Just make sure they do your pupillary distance for you BEFORE you have an argument with them! |
