| For UK customers, we send everything 1st class post and dispatch within 24 hours of payment clearing. For customers outside the UK, we send everything by Royal Mail Airmail and again, dispatch within 24 hours of payment clearing. Customers should note that no matter when we dispatch parcels, post is not collected from our post office until 5.30pm each day. we always obtain proof of postage so you are covered if your package is lost or damaged by Royal Mail. (this may not apply for some foreign addresses) We do not charge for packaging and all our packaging is brand new. | Postage discount is available on all items, if they are part of a multiple purchase. This lowers the postage cost for you, the customer. It also combines the postage, so you only have to wait for one parcel containing all your items. A multiple purchase doesn't have to be made on the same day. Items can be purchased on different days, provided that they are no more than 3 days apart. However, the items will have to be paid for separately if there are more than 3 days between purchases.
