For UK customers, we send everything 1st class post and dispatch within 24 hours of payment clearing. For customers outside the UK, we send everything by Royal Mail Airmail and again, dispatch within 24 hours of payment clearing. Customers should note that no matter when we dispatch parcels, post is not collected from our post office until 5.30pm each day. we always obtain proof of postage so you are covered if your package is lost or damaged by Royal Mail. (this may not apply for some foreign addresses) Customers should also please be aware that each postage cost includes a small charge for packaging.
