We reserve the right to cancel any bid or purchase that does not conform to all or any of the following conditions:
Not Happy With Item?:
- No worries - please email us before leaving feedback and we will attempt to do anything reasonable to right your problem.
- You have a right to cancel purchase within 7 days.
- Please check our contact and return policies below.
Contact:
- If you wish to inform us of anything concerned with the sale then please do so through the eBay Messages service.
- Only requests we confirm will be acted upon.
Returns:
- UK ONLY: You have a right to return any item up to 14 days of receiving.
- Contact us by email or eBay messages first to inform us of your problem.
- Some proof of return postage, such as a Certificate Of Postage, must be obtained.
- Please retain original packaging whilst you inspect your item in case you wish to return.
- NON-UK: Buyer is responsible for return postage. However cost of postage may exclude the viability of returning, therefore please contact us if you have a problem.
Payment:
- Payment within 10 days of purchase or auction end please. If payment is not received within this time we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and relist the item.
- For UK buyers:
- We accept Cheques, Postal Orders and PayPal.
- Cheque payments must clear before item is sent - usually 3-5 working days.
- For non-UK buyers:
- All payments in Great British Pounds (GBP) !
- We do not accept cheque payments or money orders in foreign currency.
- Preferrably we accept PayPal.
- If you wish to pay by another method please contact us first.
- We accept no responsibility for loss of payments sent by post. Send by registered delivery if you are concerned about your payment going astray.
Postage & Packaging:
- All postal services are offered 3rd party.
- If an item is lost/damaged in post, please contact us and we will approach postal service for compensation.
- Standard Royal Mail domestic and airmail deliveries are insured for loss and damage of up to 100 First Class Stamps.
- If you wish item to be sent by a different postal service (or desire enhanced insurance) please contact us before payment is made and we will attempt to provide it - this may entail a increased fee.
- If you purchase multiple items please await invoice before paying for either item so we can combine postage & save you money.
- We endevour to post items as soon as possible after purchase, usually this is within a few days.
- We ALWAYS obtain a 'proof of postage' receipt for items sent.
- P&P checkout price given on listing is an approximate based on the weight of item fully packaged + cost of packaging + a small handling fee.
- Postage is calculated in 'weight bands' - meaning that an item weighing 100g will be priced the same as one weighing 150g, for example.
- No local pick-ups.

- We generally only leave feedback once it has been received to encourage good communication.
