Where possible, I'll use recycled packaging to save you money and to reduce my carbon footprint.
You'll only pay for the cost of posting unless I tell you otherwise! I'm always happy to combine postage if I can, to save you money.
Even though I use recycled packaging, you can rest assured that your item will leave me well-wrapped. I understand the need for adequate protection when sending goods through the post, so I'll always wrap your item with care, to ensure it stands the best chance of getting to you in tip-top condition! You can check my feedback where you'll see how happy past customers have been with their goods.
For everyone's security and peace of mind, I always obtain a Certificate of Posting when I send your item . That means your goods are covered up to the value of £36. If you'd like another method, ie Special Delivery, 1st/ 2nd Class Recorded Delivery or a similar on-line, trackable service, then please let me know as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
It's rare for packages to get damaged or lost once they've been despatched. However, if there should be any problems, I'll be happy to do all that I can to help resolve matters for you. This will mean an immediate refund or replacement, 15 working days after the parcel has been despatched as this is the time frame Royal Mail allows before it considers an item officially lost.
In the case of damaged parcels, just send me a photo of the damage for inspection and I'll immediately replace or refund. All I ask, is that you send the packaging back to me - at my expense, of course :-) |

PaymentWe accept the following methods for UK buyers:
Personal cheque in £ sterling
Paypal
Postal Order
Direct transfer of funds into our bank account
Your payment should ideally reach me within 7 days - if you think you'll have a problem meeting this deadline, then please let us know as soon as possible. I'm always more than happy to help and I don't bite!
If payment isn't received after 7 days and I haven't had a request to extend this period, then I'll generally issue a non-paying-bidder alert. If there's no response to this, then I'll follow E Bay's process for non-paying bidders.
If paying by cheque, Paypal e-cheque or bank deposit, your goods will be despatched after your cheque or payment has cleared. If paying by Paypal or Postal Order your goods will normally be despatched within 36 hours of receipt of your payment.
I post every working day, including Saturday but if there's going to be a delay, I'll let you know
I accept the following methods for International - Non-UK buyers...
EU members can pay by bank/wire transfer in Euros with shared costs.
All other International buyers can pay by Paypal |
Refunds
I always try my very best to describe my items as fully and honestly as possible. However because I'm human, mistakes can easily be made!
If you're unhappy with the quality, condition or description of your goods, then please don't hesitate to get in touch with me, as I'm more than happy to help you.
If I've made a mistake, or the goods are faulty, then just let me know within 7 days and then return the goods to me within 14 working days, by an on-line trackable method. I'll be glad to refund you and that includes your return postage costs.
At the end of the day, I'm an eBay buyer too, so I know the value of good customer service. That's why I'll always do my very best to ensure that your transaction with me is as pain-free as possible. I'm always happy to discuss any problems with a sale because like you, I value my feedback and reputation.
Can I Return the Goods to You if I Don't Like Them?You'll probably be amazed when I tell that you can! There's a few conditions but they're really easy to follow...
Please let me know within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel
In the case of eyelashes, glues, earrings, cosmetics etc, I can only accept the goods if they sealed, un-opened and un-used. This is for obvious hygiene reasons
Please return the goods to me within 14 working days, with the cover of an on-line, trackable, postage method, such as Recorded/Signed For. This must be at your expense Here's my address
