Postage Info.

Depending on the item, we use Royal Mail, and Couriers for both parcels and pallets.

• If you buy multiple items and/or quantities, the postage can be combined. PLEASE ASK.

• We usually ship items within 3 working days, subject to stock availability. On occassions there may be a delay but we will inform you. 

• Some of our items, especially the heavy or bulkier items, are shipped direct from our suppliers.

• Please inform us of any unusual or difficult delivery addresses, especially for large or heavy items as these are delivered by pallet.

• We would greatly appreciate a daytime contact number, as this can help the delivery driver in case of any difficulties.

• Parcel delivery by courier will be attempted TWICE, after which the parcel will be taken to the local depot and be held there for a short time for you to collect. A 'calling card' will be posted for every failed delivery.

• It is important someone is available to receive the parcel delivery. In the event a parcel is eventually returned to us due to non-delivery or collection, then YOU WILL INCUR FURTHER DELIVERY CHARGES AND ASSOCIATED ADMIN COSTS.

• A pallet delivery will ONLY be attempted ONCE. Please ensure you are available to receive the goods. You will be informed of the delivery date but a time cannot be stated.

• Please ensure there is someone available to help the driver with a pallet delivery as they deliver on their own.
