| A:We started trading using the director's old username, as it had enough feedback to allow us to sell in the way we wanted. It's a growing, family business, so this seemed appropriate at first. We never changed the userID because we want old customers to be able to find us easily. |

| A:We guarantee all MJB Instruments (our brand) for at least 1 year against manufacturing defects.
Obviously, this doesn't include fair wear and tear, or abuse, but it does mean you can expect your instrument arrives play-ready, and is reliable.
This is an RTB (return to base) warranty - you get it to us, we deal with the rest, simple as that. |

| A:Please email first for a returns number: we expect returns to arrive in undamaged and resaleable condition should you change your mind. Returns can be made within 7 working days of receipt of the item: buyer pays return postage. |
