Returns Policy:
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Evo. We understand that occasionally there are circumstances which mean you need to return a product to us.
Goods Reported Faulty Within 28 Days of Receipt
If you are reporting faulty goods within 28 days of receipt then when the goods are returned to us complete, we'll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. Please contact us via email and we will give you details on how to return your faulty product to us.
Goods Reported Faulty More Than 28 Days After Receipt
If you are reporting faulty goods more than 28 days after receipt, then we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer direct for a warranty repair. This is often the quickest way to have a fault repaired. For example in some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience. Alternatively, you can contact us direct if the goods do not conform to the contract.
It is recommended that you register your product with the manufacturer, including your serial number where applicable.
If You Have Changed Your Mind
If you have changed your mind and the goods have not been in your possession for over 10 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. In particular this means that you will:
Do not open and sealed, shrink wrapped and blister packed items.
Return goods in their original condition including all accessories, manuals, CD’s etc
Any items returned to us that do not conform to these standards will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer.
