| Q:How long should I expect to wait for a reply when I ask you a question? |

| A:We try and answer all queries as quickly as possible and manage to respond to the vast majority within an hour. We do not always have staff available online, but we do make sure that all outstanding questions are answered before we go home every evening. Messages sent at weekends and evenings may be delayed until we are back in the office. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We offer free P&P for all of our UK customers.
For our non-UK customers shipping charges differ for each item and are clearly stated on the item page. We do not profit from our shipping charges - the amounts charged are carefully calculated to be as low as possible whilst covering the cost of postage and postal supplies. |
| Q:Are shipping discounts available if I buy more than one item? |

| A:Yes – discounts are usually available, although this might not always be possible for items with free P&P.
If you are buying more than one item, please email us before paying and request a combined invoice. We will reply with a single invoice for all your purchases, which will hopefully show a slight reduction to account for our lower P&P. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes - however this is currently limited to Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. If you live in any other area, please contact us and we may be able to arrange delivery to your country. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of payment being confirmed, however the majority are shipped within 24 hours. NB - orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday. All UK orders are sent by 1st class post and usually arrive the day after shipping. Non-UK orders are sent by Airmail and usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. |
| Q:What is your returns policy? |

| A:Etiko provides a no quibbles returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement.
