We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these Web Pages by any date you might reasonably request knowing that personalised items have to be processed, artwork proofed and approved by you, printed, assembled and posted. We aim to despatch personalised items within 3-5 business days of receiving both payment and approval of the artwork. You will be advised if despatch time is expected to exceed this timescale.
If you are purchasing personalised items you will be emailed a print proof to approve before your order is printed. It is your responsibility to check all details on the print proof are correct. Print proofs are emailed to your registered eBay / Paypal email address usually within 12 hours of receiving the print details from yourselves. If you have not received a print proof after 24 hours of informing us of the print details please email us at ebay@essesea.co.uk.
Essesea will not be held responsible for incorrectly printed goods once proof approval has been received, nor will we be held responsible for delayed orders due to non approval of artwork or lack of details in which to process your order i.e. Card colour not specified, print details not advised. You may be charged extra to rectify a mistake after a print proof has been approved and the order is in production.
Most of our non-personalised products are available for next business day despatch, we will notify you as soon as possible should there be any delay. International orders are subject to airmail / flight schedules.
If you are an international customer please be aware of your local import duties. Essesea provides customs declarations for all items sent outside the E.U. and will not be held responsible for duties on items held by other countries customs.
All items made by Essesea contain small parts which are considered a choking hazard. Items produced by Essesea are not suitable for children under any circumstance. Essesea will not be held responsible for any injury that may occur.
Many items made by Essesea contain genuine Swarovski components. Swarovski is a registered trademark of Swarovski AG. There is no relationship between any Swarovski company and Essesea.
We are happy to combine postage costs for multiple purchases. P&P charges vary depending on item size and weight. P&P charges and combined postage discounts can be seen on each item listing.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR IN ONE SINGLE TRANSACTION TO QUALIFY FOR A POSTAGE DISCOUNT. Multiple purchases paid for separately will not receive postage discount. If you are unsure of how to combine purchases please see our FAQ's page.
The majority of orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class or Airmail service. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur once an order is in transit. All orders are well packaged and proof of posting receipts are obtained.
If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to contact us via email BEFORE PURCHASE to check that your delivery date is achievable. It may be necessary for you to pay a higher Postage charge for a next day guaranteed delivery.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us before leaving feedback. We offer a full refund (excluding P&P) for items returned in the condition received within 14 days of receipt.
Returned personalised items are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
