Deliveries
We will try our best to dispatch your item the day that payment is recieved. All deliveries will be sent via recorded first class post (unless stated otherwise), which means they should reach you the next day.
Returns
If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please e-mail us within 7 days and so we know what the problem is. In most cases, we will be able to issue a full refund (excluding postage).
Warranty
All our genuine items come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty (unless otherwise stated), so if your item is faulty you can return it and we will send a new one back and pay return carriage.
Payment
Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal. Due to processing fees, we would appreciate it if you do not pay for items under £3 (inc. postage) by credit card and transfer funds directly from your paypal account instead. If you wish to pay via another method (such as cheque or postal order) please e-mail us first to arrange payment details. We will aim to respond to any queries within 24 hours.

All photos of our items have been taken by us and are of the actual product that you will receive.
