The Entertainment Centre gathers two types of information about users:

- Information The Entertainment Centre receives through eBay's purchasing & PayPal's Payment process is used in the course of Picking, Packing & the Shipping of an order. This information is also used for any email or written notification of such relating to that particular order, either prior to or following despatch. Under no circumstances does The Entertainment Centre divulge any information about an individual user to a third party except for the purposes of completing the delivery process of any such order.

We offer a free electronic newsletter to all users. The Entertainment Centre gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe.
2. Polls & Surveys
The Entertainment Centre may occasionally conduct user polls or surveys to better target our product content to our audience. We may sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our suppliers and partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.
How The Information We Gather Is Used.

The Entertainment Centre uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our eBay shop & listings, whether to provide interactive or personalised elements on the sites or to better prepare future content based on the interests of our users.
As stated above, we use information that users voluntarily provide in order to send out electronic newsletters & special offers and to enable users to participate in polls & surveys. We send out newsletters to subscribers and occasionally send out special editions when we think subscribers might be particularly interested in something we can offer. The Entertainment Centre sometimes obtains reports from eBay's chosen 3rd party on user demographics and traffic patterns. This allows us to advertise more effectively, and allows our users to view products that are pertinent to their needs.
SHARING OF ANY INFORMATION INCLUDING PAYMENT BY CARD
We most certainly DO NOT & WOULD NOT sell or pass on any personal name, address, email or telephone details to anyone other than our couriers ANC, Business Post or Royal Mail to enable them to carry out an efficient delivery of your order. The only other exception is to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
The Entertainment Centre does not keep or share with anyone any card details given to complete a transaction, including but not limited to credit/debit card details given over the telephone or through an online terminal. All card details given to us are destroyed upon clearance through the system. Should clearance not be granted by the card issuer and the user wishes to proceed via another payment method then all previous details given will be destroyed.
When Payment is made by PayPal account transfer then it is PayPal that holds all financial records, only the users PayPal registered name, address and email are disclosed to us.

We give users options wherever necessary and practical:
Unlike many other companies you have to choose to "opt in" for our newsletter and special offer mailings. You can subscribe and un-subscribe to our email mailing list in your "eBay favourite" settings.
