We custom build specialist items ranging from drum multicores to stage or studio looms, through to a single basic lead to suit that particular persons needs. We also sell an extensive range of high quality "off the shelf" imported leads.
We also offer all of our products to various suppliers through trade accounts ranging from, live music suppliers / teachers to disco & lighting retailers, computer shops, Schools, Colleges and even the Post Office.
In our terms and conditions contained within our eBay listings & eBay shop we state that customers should allow seven working days for delivery, however in practice this is usually much, much sooner.
We ask this of our customers in order to allow for any problems that may occur before or after despatch from our warehouse.
Should you find that your parcel does not arrive in a reasonable time, then you should contact us via telephone on 01509 600076 or email sales@entertainmentcentre.co.uk to resolve the situation quickly. All emails are aimed to be dealt with within 8hrs of receipt Monday to Friday.
Faulty Items / Not What I Ordered
My item has arrived faulty or is not what I ordered how do rectify it?
If your item has arrived faulty or is not what you ordered then please contact us straight away by email sales@entertainmentcentre.co.uk or call 01509 600076 so we can rectify it quickly and easily for you. In reality we usually send out the replacement items before you return the faulty one as we want you remain a happy customer, however there may be times when we ask you to return the faulty one first for us to investigate further, we will of course refund any further postage costs that you may incur in doing so.
Oops!! I've Bought The Wrong Item
It WAS what I ordered but it's not the right one I want, what now?
So your items arrived & you've opened it in excitement only to find out you've purchased the wrong one, what now?
Well we do try to help customers as best we can so for most items we ask you to pay the postage again (or we'd be out of pocket & broke...) once that's been received we then send out the item you should have ordered and in the mean time ask for you to return the item you incorrectly ordered back to us in it's original condition.

What do you do with my name, address, email & telephone details?
We do nothing with your details, we don't save them on any system other than for tax purposes and standard eBay archiving. We most certainly DO NOT & WOULD NOT sell or pass on any personal name, address, email or telephone details to anyone other than our couriers ANC, Business Post or Royal Mail to enable them to carry out an efficient delivery of your order. The only other exception is to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
What do you do with any credit or debit card details I give you?
The Entertainment Centre does not keep or share with anyone any card details given to complete a transaction, including but not limited to credit/debit card details given over the telephone or through an online terminal. All card details given to us are destroyed upon clearance through the system. Should clearance not be granted by the card issuer and the user wishes to proceed via another payment method then all previous details given will be destroyed.
When Payment is made by PayPal account transfer then it is PayPal that holds all financial records, only the users PayPal registered name, address and email are disclosed to us.
Distance Selling Regulations
Tell me more about your 7 day money back guarantee
In line with these regulations we offer a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee, this allows the user to view the item for approval before deciding to keep it or not. Should you decide the item is not suitable for your needs you can return it for a refund of the "item price" (excludes postage).
However please note the 7 day money back guarantee is on all of our "off the shelf" items.
An "off the shelf" item means pretty much all our stock.
What it does exclude is any item that is "custom built" or "modified" to your specification. Due to the "one off" nature of these products they are exempt from the 7 day money back guarantee
If you are to return an item, you MUST ensure you follow the correct procedure to ensure a swift refund:
1. The item you are returning must be unused & in it's original un-damaged box.
2. The item should arrive back with us in it's original condition and fit for re-sale.
3. You are liable to the return postage costs and we advise using a tracked service to return the item(s) as you are responsible for them until their safe arrival at our premises.
4. You must obtain a returns number from us by phone 01509 600076 or email sales@entertainmentcentre.co.uk before sending the item back, please then ensure that you include a piece of paper in with you item stating the returns number, your name & address and most importantly your eBay user ID. This helps us to resolve your refund swiftly.
5. Assuming the above is met as satisfactory, you will then be issued with a refund, this is usually via the same method as the payment received, however we do reserve the right to issue you with a cheque. Your refund will be for the price paid for the item itself, this will not include postage costs for either way.
