All payments must be received within 7 days,if you are having any problems making payments contact me straight away,we will try to resolve it in anyway. I accept paypal,cheques and postal orders,for international buyers i only accept PAYPAL,please be aware of this before buying something.I do combine postage for multiple items.If you would like insurance so you have to sign for the parcel,that costs a extra 75p,but it only covers you to the value of £39,if your order is higher special delivery is advised.Sometimes it works out cheaper to send items seperately. For international buyers insurance is a extra £3.80,that also covers you up to £39,but is trackable,if your order is higher than £39 again it may be better to send items seperately.If you have only bought one item from me,and it is higher than £39,the extra insurance will be added on the invoice,it is your choice to choose this if you want to,but remember if your item cost more than £39 i can only claim that much back,if you have spent over £50 with me you will no choice but to have insurance. Finally i would like you to have a enjoyable time buying from me and a excellent customer sevice is my main priority.If for any reason you are not happy with a product,you may return it for a refund,i do not cover postage for returned items,the item must be in the same condition you have received it in,if it is in a box then it must be returned back to me with the box,if it has a seal on,it must still have that seal on when returning it, and must be returned within 7 days.
