Depending on the item we attempt to dispatch all orders from Next Working day to 4 working days then delivered either via Business Post \ DHL or Royal Mail.
You will be notified the goods have been dispatched. From the point of being notified if they have not been delivered or a card is not left by our courier please email dispatch@emetpackaging.com
If you live in the Scottish Highlands, N.Ireland or in Europe delivery can take upto 2 or 3 days.
All items sent via courier should be delivered within 24 hours. In the event that no one is in our courier will leave a note and request you contact the local depot for redelivery. Please note that any contact with the courier company will have notes attached of your conversation confirming the redelivery time and date.
In the event that within 72 hours no contact is made with the local courier or you are not in when they attempt to redeliver the package will be returned to us. Sometimes we are contacted by our local courier to notify us that it is due to be returned to us. At which point we will email you the consignment number and contact number of your local courier.
In the event that the parcel is returned to us we will notify you they have been returned and ask what you want us to do to arrange redelivery.
Redelivery costs £8.50 In the event that you no longer want the goods we will recredit your account the amount paid minus the delivery cost of £8.50 and a restock fee which is normally 10% of the value of the goods.
