finished shopping/bidding and we will
work out a fair and truthful postage price
based on your complete parcel and
Royal Mails New Postage System.
The total amount is worked out including the stamps on
your parcel, plus the packaging involved and
now the size as well as the weight of the parcel.
If you would like to save on postage costs,
it is better to stock up with everything you need
so the parcel is larger, than to buy just one item.
At least by doing this, the P&P will be more in proportion
with a few items instead of one or two.
PROOF OF POSTING IS ALWAYS OBTAINED FOR EVERY PACKAGE
Nondelivery of items is beyond our control
We always use first class post and recommend that if your item has not
arrived within 3 working days of order (unless notified of a delay by us)
that you contact us immediately so that we can file
an immediate missing package report to Royal Mail
Refunds/replacement of missing packages will only be made following
the investigation by Royal Mail
