Payment to be made within 7 days of sale. We accept Paypal,Cheque/postal order. Collections welcome. We use Royal mail 1st class and Parcel Force 48. Despatch mon-fri on clearance of payment. Returns
 We try to describe our items as accurately as possible and do not intend to mislead you with the description. As these items are hand painted the shades of colour may vary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will provide you with a refund for the item once it has been returned to us in its original condition.(postage is non refundable) . All items that are returned to us undelivered, the customer must pay for the items to be resent before it is dispatched again. Because of the catagory the courier puts these ornaments under we cannot claim and therefore we are not responsible for damaged items. We are also not responsible for lost items in the post and always obtain proof of postage which I am happy to email you a copy on request.
