Frequently Asked Questions:1: Will this equipment work with my camera?
A: Our studio lights are compatible with all Digital and Film SLR's, some compact SLR's, ALL medium format and large format cameras.
2: Do I need anything else to connect the lights to my camera?
A: This is very much dependant on your camera. If your camera has a built in P.C. Sync socket then you have everything you need to get started, although there are wireless connections available to you. Cameras with built in P.C. Sync sockets include:
NIKON: D200, D300, D1, D2, D2x, D2Xs, D3, FM2, F4, F3
CANON: EOS 1D, EOS 1DS Mk II, EOS 1DS Mk III, EOS 5D
Cameras without P.C. Sync Sockets include:
NIKON: D40, D50, D70, D70s, D80
CANON: EOS 300D, EOS 350D, EOS 400D, EOS 450D
For these cameras you will need an adapter to connect the lights to your camera, unless you are using a wireless connection. We can provide a generic hotshoe adapter for this purpose but we
strongly recommend that you consult your warranty card/instruction manual before using a generic hotshoe as some manufacturers have their own hotshoe adapters available.
Minolta & Sony cameras have specific hotshoe configurations and will require a dedicated hotshoe adapter unless the camera has a built in P.C. Sync socket.
3: How long will it take to get to me?
A: We try and get your products to you as soon as is humanly possible. For delivery to a business address the courier time is 24 hours. To a residential address it is 48 hours. We dispatch on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings. We
CANNOT guarantee delivery times. If you have a time critical order, please

4: Is there a guarantee or warranty provided with these products?
A: Yes! We have a no quibble 12 Month replacement guarantee on ALL of our products. Fortunately our products are excellent quality and very reliable, so problems are quite rare. Please keep your receipt though, just in case. If something should occur, we will just replace the item immediately with a brand new one. The only exception to this is bulbs. Flash tubes are warrantied for the duration of our standard warranty, but we cannot offer any warranty on modelling bulbs, because there are any number of reasons involving usage and storage that will affect the life of a bulb. We warrant that the bulbs will be new and working upon receipt of your products. Should this not be the case, we will, of course, replace them. We only use standard fittings for bulbs, so should we not have your particular product in stock, you will be able to find replacements easily elsewhere.
