If you like to have a wedding gown/dress design that we do not show here, please send us a picture of it and description of it.

3 How do I choose size for my dress?
We do custom-made for each dress , no extra money .Standard size .

4 Do you have more pictures for this dress?

5 Can I change the color of the dress, the accent color or embroidery color ? How much is there extra charge?

Yes. We can custom make the dress for you if you want change the color. But we recommend you to think over before you make any change of style or color. It might be different from your imagination. And your dress might be delayed due to the color change because we may not have that color in stock and will make special order for you. Please check http://9147752.k127.opensrs.cn/colorchart.jpg (Color Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor will exactly match the color of the fabric because of different monitor's settings.) and tell us the color number you select and make a special note on the order form after you win the bid. We usually don't charge extra if you only change the color. In case there is extra charge, we will notify you. Please note we will not accept return for custom made dress including color changed, style design changed or custom cut.

6 Can you make the dress with shorter train or without train?
Yes. Please make a note about your requirement on the order form after you win the bid.

7 Do you always carry this style?
Yes. But we recommend you save the pictures to your computer. In case you need it, you can contact us directly so that we know which dress you are looking for.

8 If I buy more, do you have shipping discount?
Yes. We offer 20% combined shipping discount for each additional dress. But all the items should be shipped in one package.

9 Do you ship international?
Yes we do ship worldwide, including United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy, South Korea, Portugal, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Norway,, Spain, Japan, Singapore, and other countries ,please contact with me before placing your order.

10 How long can I get the dress?
Currently it will take 20-25 days to process the order from the next business day after we receive your both payment and order form. Plus 5-7 days shipping time. So total is 25-32 days. (Notes: Processing time could be changed during Chinese holiday season.

11 What is your Return Policy?
With Jessica's Fashion Dress your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
1)You can return or have an exchange of your wedding gown dress, within 5 days after receiving the dress,you pay your return shipping costs.
2) You will be charged a return/restocking fee of 25% purchase price, if you choose a refund option.
