U.K. shipping rate quoted is for the whole of the UK for Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and UK Mainland ONLY for Parcelforce 48 hour delivery.
Please see chart below for Parcelforce zonal surcharges that apply to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. PLEASE NOTE if the item weighs below 4kg we can ship to the surcharge areas for an additional £2.50 by Post Office Standard parcel delivery, this will take about 2/3 days longer to get to you (request this if required). Above 4kg the £6 surcharge will apply.

SHIPPING TIMES
Goods are shipped on clearance or confirmation of payment.
Cheques require 4 full working days after the banking day to clear before we can ship.
If payment is made by postal order goods are shipped within 24 hours of payment being received.
If payment is made by Paypal or NOCHEX goods are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation of payment.
Please note if an item is returned to sender as "not collected" "refused" or you have provided an incorrect address additional costs will be charged for re shipping.
For your peace of mind all parcels are carefully packaged and are sent out fully insured and trackable with proof of collection and delivery.
OVERSEAS BIDDERS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If bidding from a country not listed or if the shipping rate is not quoted for your country please check with us BEFORE bidding to confirm shipping charges (which can be expensive) and to see if we will ship to your country.
We do not ship Economy ANYWHERE it takes too long to get to you, frequently gets lost or damaged and is not insured. Please do not bid if you are not prepared to pay scheduled insured Air Mail.
We do not ship to the following countries under ANY circunstances NIGERIA, BRAZIL, SINGAPORE.
Shipping times vary enormously and are dependent on your countries Customs and Postal services ability to clear the item quickly and deliver to you so please allow a reasonable amount of time before contacting us, items rarely get lost but they sometimes take a while to arrive especially at Christmas time so allow extra time when purchasing if the item is a gift or time is critical!
In any event we cannot pursue a claim for non delivery of an item sent by normal postal services until 28 days have expired. Express shipping is available and will guarantee delivery quickly e.g USA within 3 days and Europe 2 days but this is very expensive.
IMPORTANT You will be liable for any local tax and excise duty due on your item and we have no control over the charges that your Customs will levi on your item if any, also we CANNOT underestimate the value of your item on your Customs slip as this is a criminal offence so please do not ask us to do this.
REFUND AND RETURN INFORMATION
Refunds are allowed anytime within the first 7 days.
If item is faulty or there was an error in the listing a full refund will be given including shipping both ways (return shipping will be paid at the most economical rate available unless we arrange collection on your behalf or you use our FREEPOST address in which case the return postage refund will not apply). Items returned as faulty with no fault found will not qualify for a return postage refund and shipping back to you will be at your expense.
If the item is unwanted a refund will be given but buyer pays initial postage and packing and return postage and packing (plus insurance if required) and a handling fee of 7.5% of the item final bid value to cover administration, eBay and Paypal fees. **NOTE** The 7.5% handling fee will not apply if you complete and return CORRECTLY the eBay documentation we send you requesting the refund of the sale within 3 days of receipt.
CONDITION OF RETURNABLE ITEMS:
As received (in original packaging and in original condition shipped with no missing accessories/manuals etc.).
TIMING OF RETURNS:
No later than 7 Days after day of receipt.
