Postage & Payment
Postage for Comics: Free for UK buyers. P&P for graphic novels may differ. Please contact us for shipping costs before bidding if you are not sure.

Packing: All comics are individually bagged and boarded with the highest quality supplies. We also send all items securely, using either large stiff envelopes or boxes, depending on the size of your order.

Payment: We accept PayPal, cheques and postal orders from UK buyers. International customers - PayPal only please! Please remember that cheques take 6 WORKING days to clear after we receive them. E-Cheques sent via PayPal often take 10 working days to clear.

Q:What is your return policy?
A:Refunds are only issued if goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, and by prior arrangement with us only.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes - please refer to our Postage and Packing page for further details.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We often dispatch items on the same day that funds clear. You can expect to receive your items within 7 days of funds clearing. Items sent internationally using Royal Mail Airmail will take longer.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes we do. We send all items using the Royal Mail Airmail service.
Q:My order has not arrived
A:Most orders arrive within 7 days of dispatch. If your still has not arrived within 7 days, contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Office to see if they have your order - your postman may forget to leave a note. If your order still hasn't arrived after 15 working days (Royal Mail's guidelines) then please contact us for further assistance.
