No responsibilty is accepted for items lost in the post, proof of posting is always obtained. From date of payment all items will be dispatched A.S.A.P. But allow up to 14 days for delivery.

WE DO EXCEPT RETURNS on the following conditions. Items will only be eligible for a refund ( EXCLUDING ALL POSTAGE & PACKAGING ) provinding conditions are met. Contact must be made within 3 days concerning return. Goods to be returned within 7 days. Unused, unsoiled and in there original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs including insurance where necessary. Please ensure that all returns are properly re-packaged and that you obtain proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels. Please include item number, your name, email and reason for return. Refunds will not be given untill item has been received and inspected by us.
