That is why we keep you updated and reply to emails in a timely manner.


Q. What can I expect from EZeePZeeShopping©?

A. Good and honest item descriptions, low P&P reflecting genuine costs unlike some others, great communications, fast dispatch and we will always leave feedback.


Q. What's in a name?

A. EZeePZeeShopping© is not just synonymous with Quality Products & Services and Good Value, but is recognised as somewhere where you, the Customer, is treated with respect.


Q. You have everything in stock, right?

A. Everything you see listed is carried as stock in our UK warehouse. We try very hard to ensure that the products featured on Ebay are physically on the shelf and can be despatched to UK and Worldwide addresses within 2 working days. We are extremely proud of our overall service and availability which is reflected in the feedback received from our customers. However, as with any shop and despite our best endeavours, from time to time some items may be temporarily out of stock due to supply difficulties, delayed transport, or unexpected demand. If this is the case we will inform you as to the expected delay, and give you the opportunity to wait for the goods ordered to arrive, to cancel the order or to order the nearest possible alternative.


Q. I have sent you a Cheque/Postal Order. How will I know when you have received it?

A. We keep you fully informed of your payment status, so if paying by cheque we notify you of receipt of cheque and again when it clears.


Q. How quickly can you post out my purchase/s?

A. During normal times, we aim to ship your goods within 2 working days after your payment has cleared: currently 96% of goods are shipped same-day/next day. At very busy periods, for instance Bank Holidays, Christmas & New Year, we sometimes need a little longer, but at these times we post a notice on our shop header notifying of any delays.


Q. How will I know when you have shipped my purchase?

A. We will send you a Dispatch Notification message via Ebay on the same day your item is posted. Each parcel is shipped via Royal Mail and we always obtain a 'Proof of Posting' certificate which is signed & date stamped by the Post Office.
