Change of Mind
- All items we sell are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us within 7 days from the delivery date unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition and we’ll give you a refund. We kindly remind you that the safe return of goods and any costs are your responsibility.
- We're sorry but we can't refund the cost of Packaging and Postage.
- Our 7-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Items
As part of our quality control procedures, we do our utmost to check and test all items before dispatch. However, should you find any faults then please kindly notify us:
- Within 7 days from the delivery date, we shall do our best to resolve the problem or exchange it or issue a full refund;
- Within 30 days from the delivery date, we shall try to repair the product or, if that is possible, give you a replacement or, if that is not possible, a refund excluding the cost of Packaging and Postage.
