POSTAGE UPDATES:
WE AIM TO SHIP ITEMS WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF CLEARED PAYMENT. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE RECENT SEVERE WEATHER IN OUR AREA, THE ROADS ARE VERY ICY, WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO GET TO THE POST OFFICE EVERYDAY. DURING THIS TIME WE WOULD ASK THAT YOU BEAR WITH US AND HAVE PATIENCE, AS THERE MAY BE SOME DELAYS IN THE RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM. Delivery Policy
- Customers pay only £0.50 postage for every additional item purchased. Spend £10 or more on two or more items in a single transaction, and postage is free (this applies to all of our customers worldwide).
- Items within the UK are despatched by Royal Mail First Class Post. Items outside the UK are despatched by Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets). We normally despatch within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment. Please note that E-cheque payments must clear before we despatch (E-cheque payments can take up to 14 days to clear, so there will be a significant delay in shipment of your item).
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail after your item has been despatched from our offices. We always retain proof of posting.
- Please email us first BEFORE leaving negative feedback if your item has not been received for more than 7 days after date of despatch.
- We honour all sales and post all items.
To help you better, we have a procedure for items lost in the post. You can email us about this and we will be able to make a suitable arrangement for you quickly. Royal Mail's policy requires the item to not have been received after 15 days from day of despatch to be qualified as 'lost'.
Refund Policy
- We DO NOT offer refund OR exchanges for auctioned items. Refunds are only available for Buy It Now purchases over £1.00. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- We only provide refunds for items that have been received in a faulty condition.
- You must email us before returning an item, stating the reason why you wish to return the item.
- For a refund, please return the item to us through recorded delivery, and we must receive it with your ebay username and paypal details. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please use the Returns Form (which will be posted with your item) and return it to us within 14 days in its original condition with tags, labels and packaging intact, and we can offer you a replacement of the same item or a full refund.
- You will be refunded the item price minus a (non-refundable) £1 restocking and admin fee within 3-7 days from when we receive the returned item in its original condition as originally received.
- We refund item cost only, not postage cost.
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we reserve the right to refuse to refund the customer for reasons already outlined in here. Note that the Law in England and Wales states that all auction sales are final.
