Warranty

Our products are covered under our standard 12-month warranty is provided upon the transaction date. We are responsible only for the defect caused by manufacturers. We will bear the labor charges and costs of parts needed to repair the defective product, unless otherwise stated.

The service does not cover the following damage: cosmetic damage, damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse abuse or negligence. We will try our best to work with you and examine the actual condition.

The service is given to the original buyer. It becomes invalid when the product is sold to others.
The service does not extend to any modification, conversion and alteration to meet local electrical conditions, safety standards and broadcasting systems.
This service does not cover any improper use of waterproof camera products. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the leakage of waterproof housing or bag.
