Tax and Vat
The transaction does not include any Import Tax / Duty / VAT / Brokerage Fees / Handling Fees. For more information about the tax rate, please check with local custom department before purchases. If you reject the package as the customs have charged any tax or duty, we reserve the right to charge you the both ways shipping cost and 5% handling fee.
In some countries, applicable import duties might be imposed. We will put legal effort to minimize such fees. We do not promise but we try our best to reduce your tax or duty upon buyer's request.
If the package is held in custom, please do not answer any inquiries from custom or provide any document without our advice. We will contact our shipper to clear the custom. If the package was returned due to refusal to pay import tax for shipment by the buyer or unsuccessful delivery (For example, insufficient address information, no such receiver), we will charge you the both ways shipping cost and 5% handling fee.
