Q:I made payment by cheque. When will my order be dispatched.
A:Once a cheque has been received it will be banked on the next working day. Orders will not be processed for dispatch until we have received confirmation from our bank that your cheque has been cleared.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes we do combine shipping but discounts for combined shipping are only available if paid for on one invoice.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We endeavour to dispatch orders within three working days of receiving a cleared payment. Delivery of orders differ with the type of deliver requested at the time payment is made.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:This differs with the type of delivery method requested and the type of goods requested. Please see the item description for more information.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes we do ship internationally but please note we only accept PayPal as a payment method for orders received from outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain. Payments by cheque (check) or money order are not acceptable from customers outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain.
Q:What is the music playing in the background of your auctions and is it for sale?
A:The music playing in the background was specially commissioned for us to use for our website but when it was received we decided instead to use it for our auctions. I'm sorry but the music is not for sale.
Q:What are your terms of sale?
A:Please refer to our 'Shop Policies' page for a full list of our terms & conditions.
Q:I paid £xx for delivery but when I received the package it was less than I paid why is this and will I receive a refund?
A:Shipping charges are for more than the cost of a stamp as it includes the packing costs ie wages for the packer, the packaging itself, trip down to the post office, parking fees etc. We have worked out our costs based on an annual average of expenditure for shipping & handling and divided by the total orders sent. Some cost more, some less.
Q:Can you give medical advice or dosages as regards your herbs & essential oils?
A:I'm sorry but due to the Medicines Act 1969 we are not allowed to give medical advice or dosages as regards our herbs and essential oils, as we are not medical proffessionals. All information given is for educational purposes only and we recommend further research is carried out prior to use.
Q:Are our Pure Essential Oils pure or are they diluted with a carrier oil?
A:All our pure essential oils are pure and undiluted. If you sell essential oils as being pure when in fact they are diluted then you are in breach of the Trade Descriptions Act and as such is against the law. We guarentee the quality and purity of all our pure essential oils. Only our massage and magickal blends contain dilutants of any kind.
