We post worldwide but please bear in mind in some instances for example Crystal Balls etc this can prove expensive, please enquire before bidding or read shipping details in item description. The buyer is responsible for customs & excise charges and it is the customers responsibility to check that items purchased are not restricted in their country, as we will not accept any liability if the item(s) are siezed at customs and no refund will be given.

Shipping & Handling  

Buyer Pays all Shipping & Handling Charges.

Proof of Posting & Tracking information will only be issued when Recorded Delivery, International Signed For, Airsure, Parcelforce or similar trackable shipping is requested. We advise all our customers to request and pay for a trackable method.

Shipping discounts are available on combined purchases were available. If you purchase multiple items shipping discounts are only available if paid for as a combined invoice not seperately.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends & holidays). Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this timescale and in busy periods this may be slightly longer but we will try our very best for you.

 

Orders are dispatched on Tuesday's and Thurdsay of each week.

All inland orders are sent using standard 2nd Class posting except Recorded Delivery which is sent using 1st Class Recorded Signed For posting. If you require your order urgently we recommend 1st class Recorded Signed For as we will give priority.

All overseas orders are sent using standard airmail which is not trackable. If you require a trackable method International Signed For or Airsure (if available to your country) must be requested at time of sending payment. We cannot be held liable for missing items outside the United Kingdom unless paid and sent by a trackable format.

 

Customer service Cancellation & return policy  

As a consumer you have the right to a seven day "cooling off" period during which time you have a right to cancel.

 

Full refunds (with the exception of cancellation) will only be made if items are proven to be faulty, in breach of the Trade Descriptions act 1968 or the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

 

To qualify for full refund we must be informed of return of all items within seven days of receipt of goods unopened and unused in its original packaging in mint condition.

 

 All items must be returned at the purchaser’s own expense using a trackable method.

 

Please email prior to making a return for further information, as you will require a returns number. Any return made without this number will not be accepted. 

 

We comply to the Distant selling Act 2000.

Before returning Items please email us for a Return Number. We will not accept a returned Item without a return number.

Damaged in Transit

You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your goods for any claims of damaged items. If your item has been damaged in transit, either in a small package or large boxed package, you must keep ALL packaging and the item for inspection by a royal mail or parcel force inspection officer, until your claim is completed.

Failure to do so will invalidate your claim and no compensation will be paid.

 

In the case of non delivery 15 working days must have elapsed from the date of dispatch for packages delivered within the United Kingdom and 42 working days outside the United Kingdom before a claim can be made to allow for potential delays within the postal system. This rule is set down by Royal Mail, whereby a claim will be made with Royal Mail and an investigation carried out by them.

 

At this point you will be given the choice of having a refund upon completion of the investigation (approx 14 working days) or a replacement sent.

 

If you chose a refund for money paid and cancellation of the transaction you agree to confirm to an ebay mutual cancellation upon receipt of your refund. If you chose a replacement this will be dispatched within 3 working days as is our usual processing time.
