Welcome to the World's first on-line shop dedicated to the new MSS and old Mamod Live Steam Model Railway Locomotives. These sturdy little engines will give years of endless enjoyment for those new to live steam garden railways and the established enthusiast.

These locos are often the first live steam train to be enjoyed by many that have gone on to develop their Garden Railway hobby and as such have a nostalgic quality to them and are thus becoming increasingly collectable.  Indeed, they have always been popular among model engineering enthusiasts as the design lends itself well to upgrading and endless modifications, the parts for which are available on this site under Upgrade Parts.

This website has been launched to provide everything you could wish for in connection with these popular and fun locos in one place.  As well as being an official supplier of the MSS live steam railway range, we have taken over the manufacture and supply of IP Engineering's range of MSS/Mamod/Jane loco upgrade parts.
