Payment:
Payment for items purchased through eBay must be made within 5 working days of initial order. Accepted payment methods are shown in the eBay item listings. We  reserve the right to notify eBay of any unpaid items via any appropriate method - including the feedback system and the Non Payer system. No goods shall pass from the charity to the customer unless and until the buyer has made full and complete payment to the charity.

Payment methods: 

We currently accept Paypal Personal Cheques and postal orders.  We reserve the right to cancel any sales where Paypal payments are made using an unconfirmed address. 

Postage and packaging:

UK P&P is quoted and detailed on each auction individually, this includes the postage costs, packaging costs and time spent preparing and packaging the goods. 

We can offer recorded delivery on all our items at extra cost to the buyer. 

Should you require particular delivery requirements please contact prior to the auction ending to ensure we can meet your requests.   A new invoice can then be sent out  upon the auction ending. 

Lost or damaged items must be claimed for from the Post Office. We are happy to supply relevant documnetation, Where insurance has NOT been taken by the customer. We will not accept responsibility for the goods, once they are dispatched.  Proof of postage can be provided for any purchases over £5. 

We aim to ship within 7 working days from receipt of cleared payment - We at this time do not offer ebay's "Get it Fast" service.

Multi-buys:    

We are more than happy to combine purchases to save on postage.  Should you purchase more than one item – please contact us for details of the reduced rate.

International sales:

Some auctions are not offered for sale outside of the UK.  Please check the availability before bidding. 

POSTAGE QUOTED IS FOR UK ONLY, Please note that shipping costs to overseas destinations can vary in cost.  For this reason overseas bidders are advised to e-mail prior to bidding for a shipping estimate.

PAYPAL is the only method of payment accepted for overseas sales.  Please ensure you are able to complete the transaction through Paypal before bidding.

Delays caused by Non-UK Postal Services or Customs are not the sellers responsibility.

All sizes stated are appoximate guidelines only.

Please note all our items are donated to our charity and we have no history with them. We always describe our items honestly as we see them.
