Payment terms
Payment is required within 7 days of the auction end. If you have any problems with payment please email me and we will try and accomodate you.

Postage and packing
UK
Postage is by Royal mail or Royal Mail parcelforce and is charged at cost (I do not make money on postage and will refund if overcharged). Packing is charged at a flat rate of fifty pence per order
Europe and worldwide
Postage is charged at a flat rate. Please see postage and packing page for details
Delivery
Deliveries usually take place within 3 days after payment is recieved except in the case of cheques (see above).
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your item please return it to us within 14 days for a refund (Sorry we cannot refund postage costs). Please email us to let us know that you intend to return the item with a reason if you wish.
