Graded Explained

Most of the stock we list on ebay is classed as graded.  Our Products are not factory seconds or faulty.  The items will be fully working and will be well packaged to ensure safe delivery.  All products come supplied with accessories unless otherwise stated on the listing.  The most common reasons our products are classed as graded are because of the following:

• Cancelled Order
• Packaging Damage
• Refused Delivery
• Slight Cosmetic Mark/Damage to the item
• Unwanted Item
• Ex-Display

All items are fully checked by the manufacturer before despatch to us.  We do try and check all the products before despatch however this is not possible with range cookers due to the way they are packaged.  We do make a policy of not buying products with front or top damage.  If we are aware of a product having a clear blemish then that will be noted in the listing.

All Products come complete with the manufacturers warranty unless stated.
