Listings
We try to be as accurate as possible with all our listings. All pictures posted are for illsutration purposes only and actual items may vary accordingly.
Payment
We accept the following methods of payment (VAT is included in all our sales so there are no additional costs)
Paypal
Credit/Debit Card over the phone. - The phone number to call will be emailed to the winning bidder. If there is no-one to take the call, please keep trying, as we do get busy periods.
Personal Cheque, Postal orders and Bankers Drafts. - The address to send these to will be included in an email to the winning bidder.
Direct Money Transfer – Again, account details will be supplied on request.
Delivery Information
- All Deliveries will be done between Monday to Friday between 7am and 9pm. This will usually be carried out within 5 working days of cleared payment. We will do our best to accomodate specific delivery requirements but cannot guarantee any time or date.
- All of our items are delivered by our own team of experienced delivery drivers. All our vehicles are equipped with tail lifts and specialist moving equipment.
- Please Note: All of our deliveries are carried out by one man. If you have limited access, narrow passageways etc or require delivery to anywhere other than the front of the property, we ask that there is someone there to help the driver.
- When payment has been made, our shipping department will contact the winning bidder to offer a delivery slot of around 3 hours on a given date. It may take 3/4 working days for you to receive this call. Don't worry, you will get it. If the delivery time that your are offered is not acceptable, we will move your delivery to the next available delivery date. Please be aware, that if you cannot take delivery on the first offered slot, it may take up to another 7 working days to fit you onto another route.
- Delivery Restrictions: No deliveries outside UK mainland. No deliveries to any area in ireland. Certain parts of scotland may incur a delivery surcharge (ie aberdeen, inverness etc etc) Please check before purchasing if not sure.
- If the above does not meet your satisfaction you can arrange your own couirer, however there will be a small admin charge of £5.50
Collections
Collection is available to all winning bidders upon appointment only.
All collections will be subject to a small administration charge of £5.50
Collections must be booked 24 hours in advance a telephone number will be supplied upon purchase.
Collection times are between the hours of 9:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday.
All products are to be checked upon collection to ensure complete customer satisfaction
The Warehouse is situated in Churchtown, Southport. Postcode PR9 9YF.
Returns Policy and Warranty Information
All of our appliances (unless otherwise stated) come with a 12 month warranty. Mostly from the Manufacturer.
Upon delivery you will be requested to inspect the item and sign for it, if the item is damaged or not as described in the listing or there is any discrepency the item is to be rejected and so returned to us. If you sign for the item you are accepting it.
If an item is rejected the item will be returned to us and we will rfeund the price paid for the item, or exchange it accordingly where stock is available. If you reject the item or the item has to collected because you have changed your mind then we will not refund any carriage costs this includes delivery to you and the return delivery to ourselves.
Damages must be notified to us within 24hrs of delivery
If the item is under its warranty period and the item is faulty, we will fully cover all parts and labour costs or supply an alternative product or refund. We cannot cover the Removal or Refitting costs of the appliance. This decision will remain at the companies discretion.
Depending upon the item and the warranty
Items deemed to be "misused" or "tampered with" will have their warranty classed as "void" a repair may be carried out on your own premises or at our own repair facility. This will be at the companies discretion.
The company bears no liability nor responsibility for plumbing and installations.

We are available for Questions etc and Payments via telephone Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM. Questions via email are usually answered over the weekends.
Feedback
We are happy to leave feedback, however we use Ebays’ automated system that leaves you feedback once you leave it for us. Please Note whatever feedback you leave for us we will reply in the same way. If you are not happy with your item or there is a problem, please contact us before posting negative or neutral feedback and we will try to remedy any issues.
What does Graded Mean?
Graded generally means one or more of a few things, normally one of these: Was part of an order that was rejected or sent back when brand new. Slight cosmetic imperfections. Box damage, not in original packaging etc. The graded items we sell all have a minimum of 12 Months warranty, normally manufacturers, UNLESS otherwise stated in the Listing.
Due to the way items are packaged and stored in our warehouse we are unable to remove the protective packaging around the item until the time of despatch. If any serious (front or top damage) problems are found the customer will be contacted immediately before disptach.
