Shop Closure

The shop is now closed until Monday 23rd November as I am going on holiday. All items paid for prior to midnight on Thursday 12th will be dispatched as normal. Items paid for thereafter will not be dispatched until the shop re-opens.

I will have occasional internet access during this period and will happily answer questions, however I cannot guarantee my usual response time of 24 hours.

PRODUCTS

All of our products are genuine and have been sourced from reputable sellers. The photographs you see in each listing are of the actual product, taken by me, so you are getting exactly what you see in the photo.

If an item is a tester, then I will state that in the listing. All items are new, but packaging may be grubby or imperfect. I do my best to document exact condition of items, and the photographs often show imperfections, but if your at all unsure or the condition of packaging is especially important (say for a gift), then please feel free to contact me.

I'm happy to say that all purchases which were delayed by my illness are now dispatched and I would like to thank everyone for their patience, understanding and kind wishes.

Welcome to Dolled Up Divas, a shop dedicated to all of the goodies that help us guru's of glam to stay gorgeous. We sell branded cosmetics, nail accessories, tanning products, costume jewellery, real silver jewellery, and various other glitzy bits and pieces. Everything in the shop is fit for any self respecting glammapuss and if it's not, we just don't sell it! We sell a wide range of goods, but some of our recently added item are just too cool for school!

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us from beginning to end and if you don't receive 5 star treatment, then I want to know about it! Customer service is our top priority and we do everything we possibly can to ensure our Diva's are happy.

  • For all multiple purchases bought and paid for on 23rd & 24th November you'll pay only the cost of post for the heaviest item, the rest is on me! Remember, you must request an invoice so I can give you your discount.
  • Every day in November after I re-open one lucky buyer will receive a free gift worth at least £5.00!

While there is still a backlog of mail as a result of the postal strike, I ask for your continued patience and understanding if delays occur. At this time and in the busy period in the lead up to Xmas, it is especially relevant to be aware of the following:

  • All items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment. If for some reason I am unable to do this, I will inform you.
  • Please look out for your mail confirming that I have dispatched your item. This is not automated, I send that only when your purchase is in the post. This lets you know when to expect your item and when to contact me in the event of non receipt.
  • Before assuming it's lost, please, please check your parcel is not at your local depot. The postmen don't always leave a card and I have had many 'lost in post' items sent back to me as the recipient never collected them.
  • I will replace or refund if you do not receive your parcel within 14 days.

We all know Diva's like to be spoiled, so we usually have goodies to give away and promotions on the go. We post every day, usually twice a day, so your purchases will be dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving payment and we don't charge the earth for doing it.

We also know that Divas are always right, so we operate a straight up'customer is always right' policy and we strictly adhere to the rules set down by Ebay and by law to protect you, the buyer.
