Our goal is to deliver the Best Buying Experience, Fast Service & Superb Items at fair, competitive prices. If you are not pleased with any item you purchase from us - send it back for a full refund (less delivery charges) within 7 days of receipt. The vast majority of our items qualify for Reduced Delivery Charges. You pay the highest delivery charge for any single item and the rest are charged at £1 per item. It is important to realise that the reduced delivery charge is dependent on you ensuring that all items purchased within a 3 day period are paid for AS ONE TRANSACTION. Simply buy each item as normal but do not complete the payment until you have finished buying (within the 3 day period) eBay will automatically combine your individual purchases and calculate the delivery discounts applicable. Separate payments for each individual item will not result in a delivery discount - nor can we refund any excess delivery charges paid if you have paid for each item separately. We'd prefer this not to be the case but Paypal Fee's are multiplied when several / many items are each paid for individually. We allow 3 days for payment and this is to help you combine your purchases to reduce delivery costs.

When your item/s are leaving our premises we'll send you a email so you'll know your package is on the way. To increase the probability of a rapid delivery you should ensure that your Paypal & eBay details have Full, Accurate Address (including Post Code & Telephone Number). Many items cannot fit through letterboxes, someone may need to be present to sign for the package. If you know that no one will be home when your package is due we recommend that you email us with an alternative delivery address - your work address for example.

If an item has colour options please include a message with your payment stating your preference. If no such information is received we will supply in a colour of our choice. We will leave feedback for you as soon as payment has been received. Please leave our Feed Back as soon as you receive your item/s. We strive to ensure that we are always worthy of positive feedback and ask that you always ensure we have an opportunity to deal with any minor problems prior to posting any feedback for us.

We Guarantee that our items are fit for the purpose for which they were designed & manufactured. We will gladly replace any item (or refund your money less delivery charges) should any item not perform as it should. The assessment as to whether an item qualifies for replacement is at ours or the Manufacturers / Distributors Sole Decision. If you wish to return an item, before doing so, please email us at ebay@divemasterscuba.com stating date purchased, price paid & briefly outline the problem. Manufacturer's warranties will apply.

We list every item at our lowest economic price. We will not agree to sell any item listed for less than the listing price.

We accept most Credit & Debit Cards via our own secure server, telephone or Paypal. We do not accept personal or company cheques, postal orders or any other form of mail order payment.

WE WISH TO EMPHASISE THAT YOU CAN PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS USING MOST CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS BY TELEPHONE OR OUR OWN SECURE SERVER. YOU DO NOT NEED TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO BE ABLE TO PAY VIA THIS METHOD NOR WILL PAYPAL INSIST THAT YOU OPEN AN ACCOUNT ONCE YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
