| Q:I'M FROM THE CHANNEL ISLANDS. |

| A:We do not refund channel islands and have a £75 minimum order due to transport cost. We will zero rate VAT if you have a non UK EEC VAT number. |

| Q:ARE REMANUFACTURED CARTRIDGES SAFE? |

| A:99% of our remanufactured cartridges are perfect, around 1% do however fail. If you are concerned please read our feedback to see the number of satisfied customers over the years we have been trading on ebay. We will replace faulty cartridges. |

| A:We ship to main EEC countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Benelux & Jersey). Please confirm actual courier costs. We do not ship to new EEC countries due to high courier costs. |

| A:Inks are sent by 1st class royal mail. Most arrive within 3 days but please allow up to 10 working days. |
