ADDITIONAL TERMS OF TRADE

DELIVERY

1.We send goods via third parties. We rely on you to tell us of if your goods have not arrived. It is your responsibility to be available to receive your goods. We only entertain claims for non delivery if you have notified us within 14 days of payment (or within 7 days of our dispatch notice whichever the sooner) that the goods have not arrived. We do this because our carriers limit there liability to us and require prompt claims.

2. You are responsible for all extra costs of delivery resulting from failed delivery attempts.

3. In the case of delivery by courier or where goods have been sent by recorded delivery we will when requested provide tracking number or equivalent and you will be responsible to use your best endeavours to solve delivery problems as recipient. If you are unsuccessful in this you will then be entitled to enlist our further investigations. We will not be responsible to supply replacement goods until all avenues are proven to have been properly exhausted and provided you have notified us in accordance with 1. above. You will supply to us a written signed statement of non delivery prior to any refund or replacement.

4. Where you give "Leave Next Door" etc type instructions and they are accepted then the goods are at your risk once posted / sent and a proof of posting certificate or similar will be sufficient evidence that the goods were sent. We will endeavour without liability to pass on any special delivery instructions notified to us.

4. The buyer is responsible for damage in transit, unless (not inspected) is written against the signature on receipt of the goods and the buyer has paid for insurance. Subject aforesaid our insurance covers for damage or loss in transit and is subject to reasonable verification by us.

GUARANTEE + INFORMATION

All information is provided to the best of our knowledge and limited to the sales details, and you are welcome to ask any questions before you bid. New items have the benefit of any guarantee or manufacturers warranty referred to in the sales details. All warranties on used products are limited to preexisting defects and must be notified within 7 days of posting. Repair costs should only be incurred with our prior agreement. New product is repaired or replaced by the manufacturers who will not pay for repairs through third parties.

DOUBTFUL OR NON PERFORMING BIDDERS

Unfortunately we occasionally receive bids or have purchases completed on our "Buy It Now" programme from buyers who are spoofs. They usually have 5 or less feedback and no address or other details registered with eBay. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to cancel any sale or bid by giving 2 days notice that we require immediate payment. We can then if payment is not made within 2 days resell the item and they will be liable for our costs, expenses and any loss including legal fees of recovery. The matter will also be referred to eBay Investigations for further action.

PAYMENT

1. Payment by credit or debit card can be refused at our option. It will generally not be accepted from outside the UK.

2. Payment must be received within 7 days after the auction closes. otherwise the item may be re-listed and appropriate feedback left.

3. Buyers who do not pay within 7 days will be liable for the 30% of the price of the goods (minimum £15) by way of agreed damages and for all legal costs of recovery incurred by the seller on an indemnity basis.

RETURNS POLICY

1. DO NOT SEND UNSOLICITED RETURNS (MOST FAULTS ARE CUSTOMER ERRORS) All returns are conditional upon prior notification and discussion with us prior to dispatch. If dispatched without prior approval RETURN postage costs will be payable by the buyer. In the case of new goods the manufacturers acceptance needs to be obtained and a returns number supplied. If goods are returned on an unsolicited basis then the seller shall be entitled to charge 30% of the price of the goods (minimum £15) by way of agreed restocking fees or to require the buyer to pay for them to be sent back to him.

2. Postage costs unless faulty are not refundable in all cases of replacement or refund. Buyer is responsible to post back any items for testing at his own cost within 7 days, after which all sales are final. Postage costs shall be agreed with us prior to dispatch.

VAT (INTERNATIONAL BUYERS)

By law a customer living in the European Economic Community (EEC see below) must be charged VAT at UK rates (17.5%) on the transaction. You should have no further VAT to pay when the goods arrive.

Sales to overseas businesses in the EEC require a VAT number (pleased supply) & official order for us to be able to supply goods without UK VAT.

This is only in our view an advantage if the VAT in your country is less than 17.5% and worth the costs of administration. We will verify your VAT number before sending.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. We will periodically send to you details of offers relating to this or other products by email. Please advise at checkout if you do not wish to be included on our mailing list. This list is not shared with others.

2. We sell goods through multiple listings. Goods are therefore subject to availability at time of order. It is rare that we have a problem with this.

3. Where Buyers intend to post or have posted unjustified negative feedback they will be responsible for the costs of removing it and at the Sellers option no further action need be taken in relation to the item until removed. The Seller shall be entitled to require the return to the seller of any goods shipped at the Buyers expense and then to refund any monies paid less 15% handling costs (or the sellers losses if greater). Unjustified feedback will be assumed unless the Buyer has given advance notice in writing of his intention to post the feedback and the steps the Buyer reasonably requires the Seller to take to remedy any grievance and has allowed the Seller a fair and reasonable opportunity to do so.

4. All emails will be sent to your address given to Paypal or if paid by any toher means to eBay. If you have not given a proper address you will be deemed to have received the email unless you have agreed with us prior to purchase that we should use another email address.

5. Statutory rights are unaffected and take precedence.
