Our Satisfaction Guarantee
For your peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or money back guarantee (excluding any carriage charges incurred). If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to ‘DISCOUNT TOWING' accompanied with the receipt / invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind. Please refer to "Returning Goods" below.
Online Ordering
Use of eBay to order an item is your proposal to purchase goods at the value given at checkout. Any order confirmation email indicates receipt of your proposal and does not constitute a contract. We reserve the right to reject any proposal of purchase should stock be unavailable. We will absolutely not honour any orders made by use of eBay in any way that it is not designed for. This includes but is not limited to: loopholes and exploits, use of cached pages, pricing error or any attempt to order goods below our offered selling price.
Payment
PayPal:
We accept payment by PayPal, subject to PayPal’s terms and contitions.
Postal Order:
We accept payment by crossed UK Postal Order, made payable to ‘Discount Towing’
Guarantee
Towbars:
We only stock Towing Brackets with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE against fault provided by the Towing Bracket Manufacturer. See the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions for full details of their lifetime guarantee.
Other Products:
All other products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met by us after inspection of the item.
Stock Availability
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.
Damaged or Missing Items
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
Returning Goods
All goods returned must be clearly labelled and include full documentation, including the reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. A member of our Customer Service department will arrange for a collection of faulty goods through our carrier, alternatively you may return them via one of our stores as described above.
All other goods must be returned at the senders' expense. If required, the company offers a collection service at a charge of £9.95 per parcel (up to a maximum weight of 30kg) from Mainland UK. Please contact us for a quote for collection from areas outside of Mainland UK.
Refunds for items returned will be processed through PayPal or; for those goods paid for by Postal Order, by Cheque. If returning an item paid for by Postal Order, please remember to include Payee details in order for your refund to be processed efficiently.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications displayed within this website are correct, however technical data, dimensions and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
