Insurance And Delivery Details
Insurance
Within each listing an option to insure your purchase is offered. The purpose of the insurance is to protect you against loss or damage to the goods in transit.
Delivery Of UK Orders
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail and we dispatch orders on a daily basis excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Generally orders are shipped using First Class post but this is not a guarantee of next day delivery. It is Royal Mails policy not to count a package as lost until 15 working days have elapsed and consequently unless you paid for the insurance offered we can not redispatch your order until after this time.
Whilst the majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours of ordering, you should allow at least 7 working days before contacting us concerning non receipt of an order.
Delivery Of International Orders
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail and we dispatch orders on a daily basis excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Generally orders are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets). It is Royal Mails policy not to count a package as lost until 15 working days have elapsed and consequently unless you paid for the insurance offered we can not redispatch your order until after this time.
Whilst the majority of orders are delivered within 3-5 days of ordering, you should allow at least 10 working days before contacting us concerning non receipt of an order.
Delivery To An Alternate Address
We will only deliver to the buyers address registered with Paypal and regret we will not deliver to any alternate address.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that their details are correct and we will not accept any e-mails that indicate you have a wrong address registered.
Delivery times should be treated as an estimate only.
Payment
Payment is by Paypal only and some listings will require immediate payment. In all circumstances payment should be made within 7 days.
