1. About Discount Branded Cosmetics

 

1.1 Tell me more about Discount Branded Cosmetics

At Discount Branded Cosmetics we bring you quality branded cosmetics, skin care and beauty accessories at a fraction of their retail prices, along with the highest standards of customer service. All of the products within our shop are 100% guaranteed authentic and unused.

 


2. Payments and Checkout

 

2.1 What type of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card payments or bank transfere via Paypal only. We also accept UK cheques and postal orders.

Unfortunately, due to very high bank charges we are unable to accept cheques or money orders in any currencies other than British Pounds.

 

2.2 Do I need to provide any more details when sending a cheque or postal order?

Yes, when paying by cheque or postal order (UK buyers only), please complete eBay's checkout and include a note stating you eBay user ID and items purchased or a copy of your winning bidder notification along with your payment. Sending payment without identifying the items being paid for will cause a delay in your order being shipped.

 

2.3 How do I checkout?

Click on the 'Pay Now' button and follow the instructions provided.

 

2.4 What if I change my mind before sending payment?

When you commit to buy an item on eBay, you are entering into a legal contract with the seller. All purchases are final. Please read the item description carefully before you choose to bid or buy.

 


3. Shipping

 

3.1 What are your shipping rates?

Shipping & handling costs vary according to the weight and size of the items purchased. Please refer to the section titled 'Postage and Packaging'. This can be found at the bottom of each auction page.

 

3.2 Do you offer combined shipping rates for multiple purchases?

Yes, we are happy to combine orders so you can save on the cost of postage.

 

3.3 Can you ship my parcel using a different postal service?

Unless otherwise stated within the auction listing, all parcels are sent via Royal Mail Standard Second Class within the UK or Royal Mail Standard Airmail to other counties, however we would be happy to send your parcel using an alternative Royal Mail postal service upon request (e.g. First class or recorded delivery).

 

3.4 Will I be able to trace my parcel?

Tracking numbers are only available when parcels are sent by Recorded Delivery. Parcels sent by Standard 1st or 2nd  Class or Airmail cannot be traced.

If your order is being sent within the UK and you would like your parcel to be sent by recorded delivery, then please request this postal service when placing your order and add an additional 80p to the postal cost. If you live outside the UK and you would like your order to be sent by recorded delivery then please request a total shipping cost BEFORE placing your order.

 

3.5 Do you keep proof of postage?

Yes, we keep proof of postage for all of the parcels we send.

 

3.6 When will my order be dispatched?

We always endeavor to dispatch orders at the earliest opportunity, however this could take up to a maximum of 3 working days (Monday to Friday not including bank holidays) following the receipt of cleared payment.

 

3.7 How long will it take for my parcel to be delivered?

Parcels sent by 2nd class mail within the UK normally take 1-3 working days to be delivered.

Parcels sent to Europe via Air Mail normally take 3-5 working days to be delivered.

Parcels sent to USA, Canada or Australia normally take 5-7 working days to be delivered.

International buyers, please note that delays may be associated with customs in the destination country.

 


4. Returns

 

4.1 What should I do if I have any concerns after receiving my order?

If you have any concerns after receiving your item please contact us by email before leaving feedback. Any situation can be resolved through good communication. 

 

 

 

4.2 What is your returns policy? 

In the unlikely event that the product is received damaged or in poor condition, an exchange or full refund will be issued.
If the item is being returned for other reasons e.g. colour or size, the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) will be refunded upon reciept of the unopened item returned in its original condition.


 

4.3 What should I do if my parcel is damaged or lost in the post?

We would be happy to assist you in making a claim for your lost or damaged parcel and can provide you with proof of postage to include within your claim. For parcels sent within the UK, we would be happy to make a claim through Royal Mail on your behalf.

5.1 I would like to know the price in my own currency - How do I convert British Pounds into other currencies?

5.2 When will I receive feedback?

In an effort to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase, our policy is to leave feedback upon completion of the transaction, after the buyer has either contacted us or left feedback indicating that they have received their order and are happy with the products and service. If you have any concerns these will be addressed and resolved before feedback is left, this ensures that every transaction is completed on a positive note. If you have already left feedback, please be assured that you will receive your feedback within a short time.
