Returns Policy

In the unfortunate event that your item(s) arrive damaged or are faulty, a replacement or full refund, including our postage charge, will be offered. Should you wish to return any non-faulty item you may do so within 7 days of receipt as long as it is returned in its original condition (e.g., factory sealed) – please contact us via email before posting so a Returns Authorisation number can be generated as this will greatly speed the process. A refund for the full purchase amount, including our postage charge, will be issued on receipt of the item(s). Please note that the cost of returning the item to us in this situation will not be refunded.

Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all of our items are:
• Brand new and factory sealed
• All DVDs are coded for Region 2 (UK, Europe and Japan) and in the PAL format.
• All Blu-Ray discs are coded for Region B (Europe) and may contain bonus content in the PAL format.
• All HD-DVDs are region free.
• Most UMDs are region free - please check the item description for clarification.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the product you are buying is compatible with your home entertainment equipment. If you are purchasing Blu-Rays from outside of the UK or Europe, we recommend this website to check whether it will be compatible with your equipment.
