Q:How long will it take to receive my purchase?

A:I always post items either on a Friday, Wednesday or a Monday. I work all week and CANNOT easily get to the Post Office in the evenings. So, if you buy an item on a Wednesday - it will go in Friday's post. If your purchase is made on a Saturday - it will go in Monday's post.

So realistically, the longest that you will need to wait is 2 - 4 days for delivery (4 day turnaround as per EVERY item listing)

 

 

Q:Do you combine shipping?

A:Yep sure do - it is always an idea to mail first if you need confirmation. Please understand that the new pricing in proportion policy often increases the postal charge for smaller combined items.

 

 

Q:What do I need to do if I am not happy with my purchase?

A:PLEASE PLEASE just contact me - I am human and will 100% assist wherever I can. I need you to be happy and return to me to buy more stuff!

 

 

Q:Will you accept returns?

A:Yes I will. However, if the item is faulty/damaged etc then I will refund the return postage. If the error is on your part - as in you bought the wrong item, please contact me and I am sure we can work it out between us.

All items must be returned to me within 7 days of receipt - this is receipt and not purchase (So you actually get longer than 7 days)

 

Q:How long does it take to answer a question or query?
A:I will try and answer your question on the day that it is received. However, I work during the day from 0800 - 1800 - I would aim to answer your question after 1800 where possible. As for weekends - hey we all need a break! Although I am online most of the time and will answer queries in a timely fashion.
