Postal Charges

Postage : We aim to post within 2 working days and always post 1st Class. We have one shipping and handling charge (highest p&p charge and then free p&p on additional items). If you are buying multiple items, please email us to request an invoice with combined p&p savings when you are finished buying and PRIOR to payment.

We can only offer free p&p on additional items if items are combined in one invoice per sales transaction. Please email us for a combined invoice PRIOR to payment to qualify.

QUESTION : SHIPPING COSTS Do you combine shipping?
ANSWER : YES : We have one shipping and handling charge (highest p&p charge and then free p&p on additional items). If you are buying multiple items, please email us to request an invoice with combined p&p savings when you are finished buying and PRIOR to payment. We can only offer free p&p on additional items if paid for in one sales transaction.
QUESTION : I have received an Invoice but I still want to buy (or bid on) another item.  Can I buy more items before payment so I can take advantage of the combined p&p savings ?
ANSWER : Yes of course (and thank you !!)  If you want to purchase another item(s) please go ahead with the purchase BUT do NOT PAY for anything !!  THIS IS IMPORTANT - When you are finished buying, please email us requesting a combined invoice and we will send a final invoice with the combined p&p savings.  The reason behind this is due to the fees we are charged by PayPal for receiving monies per sales transaction - hence we can only offer the free p&p on additional items if paid on one sales transaction.  We do ask that payment is made for multiple items within 7 days of the first purchase.
QUESTION : When can I expect my order to arrive?
ANSWER : We aim to post within 2 working days (if not sooner) and always post 1st class. If your order is over £15.00 in item(s) value this will be sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery (UK Only).

ANSWER : We can ship Worldwide (excluding USA & Canada)
QUESTION : Can I have a Longer / Shorter Necklace Length ?
ANSWER : YES but only on BUY IT NOW items - no additional cost.  We can lengthen/shorten CHAIN necklaces (up to 24 inches).  Just pop a note on your payment or email us with your desired necklace length.   LEATHER or CORD Necklaces (up to 24 inches) please email us to check we can alter the length of the necklace prior to purchase.  We cannot offer this service free for AUCTION items but will charge a nominal fee for the alteration - please email us PRIOR to bidding to ensure we can make the change for you with the associated cost which can be added to your invoice.
QUESTION : Can I change to CLIP-ON Earring Fittings ?
ANSWER : YES ... we can change to Clip-on Earring Fittings at a cost of 30p per pair (unless stated free of charge in the individual listing).   Please request this PRIOR to payment via eBay's messenging system ("Contact the Seller") and we will add 30p per pair to the invoice.
QUESTION : Can I change to/from Ear Wires to Stud Posts and vice-versa ?
ANSWER : Yes on both BUY-IT-NOW and AUCTION items - no additional cost.  Please pop a note on your payment or email us with your request.
 Information on "925 STAMPED" or "HALLMARKED" Pandora Style Jewellery
 
Our experience in buying wholesale "Pandora Style" (UK & Import) items has taught us that "925 Stamped" or "925 Hallmarked" items are generally Silver Plated and therefore all our items that are "Stamped or Hallmarked 925" are clearly marked in our descriptons as "Silver Plated".
 
A statement from an eBay Seller detailing "925 Stamped" or "925 Hallmarked" does NOT guarantee your item will actually be 92.5% pure Sterling Silver.  We would suggest you ask the question of your eBay Seller PRIOR to BIDDING or purchasing via BUY it NOW, requesting them to confirm the piece is actually SOLID 925 (i.e. 92.5% parts are Sterling Silver) or whether the item is only Silver Plated.
 
Further Information : Sterling Silver as we know it in the UK :
925 Sterling Silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper.  Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing large functional objects, and in the case of Sterling Silver, the silver is usually alloyed with copper to give strength whilst preserving the malleability of the silver and a high precious metal content - ideal for making silver jewellery.
